I’ve been a passionate and loyal player of FC Mobile for the past 3–4 years, and it’s been a core part of my daily routine. However, I’ve recently been facing persistent and frustrating issues that are making it nearly impossible to enjoy the game. The app crashes frequently, often displays a black screen, or just freezes completely during gameplay. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times and followed every troubleshooting step provided, but sadly, none of them have resolved the problem. What’s even more baffling is that my device fully meets the minimum requirements to run the game smoothly, yet these issues continue to disrupt my experience. As a long-time supporter of this franchise, I kindly request that my case be escalated and looked into more deeply. This game means a lot to me, and I truly hope the developers can provide a fix soon.
