Waiting a long time to complete a purchase from the market

I purchased a player from the market, and I waited a very long time for the purchase to complete, but it's still not finished. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible or refund my money.

Which player? Pictures? You didn't purchase, you made a bid. If there is nobody selling ro you for that price you need to change it.

Each player price refreshes every 2 hours and you need to change your bid to be in allowed price range and still hope you're first to bid and someone willing to sell at that price.
