Why do I lose at least 100,000 trophies after every season?
This is twice in a row now with fc24 mobile. New season starts and they take away at least 100k trophies and get dropped down. What’s the point of that?

The same happened to me. I worked so hard to reach legendary 2 in vsa before the season ended and when it was the time for rewards, I got got the rewards of legendary 2 but then I saw, I was demoted to legendary 3 and my fans had decreased from 800k to 700k. I contacted ea support and they were like yeah, we know this bug but we can’t do * or make any compensation.

The reason is that if you are too hight is very boring stay in the top so every season you lost 100k to make you win again
That makes no sense. There are people with 1-2 million cups. I'm sure it's not boring for them.
Same happened to me, finished Legendary 2 and guess what !? I was dropping to WC1 and got the rewards of that , this is vs ATT, and at h2h I been dropped 1 level, Legendary 2 to Legendary 3,
So frustrating and unfair, shame on the game

I m not getting, what's the point of dropping players at every reset point to play and stay on the same level, it wasn't happening before ( previous seasons) or this it's the "new" game, to be something different then FIFA mobile !? ☹️
