Wrong EA account linked with wrong FC account, and received no reply from EA
Hello EA group, I made a mistake when I linked my Gmail to my brother's FC Mobile account and his Gmail to my FC Mobile account. We asked to switch the accounts so that each Gmail would be linked to the right FC account, but we never heard back or got any confirmation. My brother's phone screen broke not long ago, a lot of rewards were missing so we tried to log into his account. We didn't know if the exchange had worked, so he tried to sign in with my Gmail, which was linked to his account before, but it logged into my account instead. Then we tried his Gmail, which was linked to my FC account, and it opened a brand-new hangar. Now we are unsure which Gmail his original FC Mobile account is linked to. We urgently need this resolved before FC 26 launches later this week, as he is worried his account may be lost if is not properly secured. Please help me recover and correctly link both accounts without losing any progress.
