Hi. I'm having the same issue and still unable to connect. I'm playing from South Africa

I'm playing on a ps5. I've tried disabling 2FA. Checked my connection too

I've tried those troubleshooting steps but still no luck. I get the message below, everytime. I can connect with other games like FC24

You lost connection to the EA servers. Sign in back in to access online features. See ea.com/unable-to-connect

Thanks for the update. There are a couple more things you could try: 

• Power Cycle Your Network & Console
  Unplug your router/modem and PS5 for 2 minutes, then reconnect and restart everything.
• Disable IPv6 on Your Router
  Please note that I'm unable to provide you with direct instructions on how to do that as each router is different. Please refer to your router manual for further instructions. 
• Try a Different Network
  Connecting your PS5 to a mobile hotspot can help rule out if the problem is related to ISP-level blocks or router issues.
