Hey Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know about running into issues with Crossplay on PC.
If you are still not seeing crossplay matches please let us know the following:
Would it be possible to get more information on this?
- Client:
- EA ID:
- Are you getting an error message?
- Which modes does this happen in?
- Are you trying to join a friend, or play with a random player?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

No error messages
All modes in Madden Ultimate Team
Joining friends
No other accounts on the device
Wired Network
Nothing else is happening. I just load and load until they get kicked and then it immediately loads me into the game.
I have reinstalled the game, tested my network and changed connection types and checked my anti-virus and firewall settings to ensure they are not interfering.
There isn't a screenshot.

I had another but did not save it.- @EA_Illium I've also been playing since launch and have not had a single crossplay match with crossplay enabled on PC

- Is anything else happening?: Never once connected to a console player
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Crossplay on, verifying integrity of game files
Can this issue please be solved. Only matching up against the same people over again in a row is not fun, what is the point of having crossplay if it cant be used.
Hello @EA_Illium what is the status of fixing this issue. I am only getting matched in online h2h against PC players, sometimes the same players 4 or 5 times in a row. When can we expect a update to fix this?
I still have not matched with a single other user from another platform. IS there anything I can do to resolve this?
Hello it has been 2 weeks since I have last heard from EA on this issue. I have not matched with a non-computer player a single time in over 100 hr of game play. Is there something I can do or is this going to take more time?
@EA_Illium Can we get an update please. I still have never matched with a non PC player in H2H online. I am consistently being matched with the same pc players often in a row. When can we expect this to be fixed?
