I was unable to finish the 4th Solo Battle on Saturday, getting this error each time I tried.
Semi-Work-Around: On Sunday morning at the 9:30am CST USA daily reset time, I went to Solo Battle and instead of attempting to complete the 4/4th Solo Battle from Saturday, I click the get new opponents (RT in X-Box) and when the games were reset, I was able to do all four Solo Battles from Sunday. Sure, I lost one Solo Battle because of the bug, but I figured if I got four from Sunday, it was better than leaving the whole mess jammed up like it was at the time.

I bought and paid for early access, and that was on the 15th when I couldn't play. I refunded game, after losing all 3 days of early access. I thought this weekend it would for sure be fixed, even a fresh account would at least still let me play... I was wrong. The problem stayed associated with account, even after a repurchase, reinstall, ect..
It's now the 21st, and I still can't do solo mut, I still can't claim challenges related to it which hold me back an insane amount.
After probably 6 to 8 years? I can't remember the last time I bought a madden game, I really doubt I'll ever buy one again, this is beyond pathetic.
You've made it so hard to even open a ticket, we've heard so little, and when a person does reply they give us instructions to reinstall the game? To check the files when it's so obviously on your end ???
This is so awful I wish I could put into perspective for the person who's been hired to pretend to care, but that's just it.
There is no one at EA who cares about quality control.

Unfortunately steam won’t let me refund it. I’m in the same boat tho, this was my first madden in a decade and will be the last EA title I spend money on after this. I feel ripped off.
Ever since this game launched I’ve been having lagging issues and some broken things going on in the game. I bought Devin Hester and started some ladder games for the MCS and my player was Literally not in the game at ALL. I didn’t get my EA ACCESS EARLY CONTENT EITHER but it said I’ve purchased it. I need some answers EA. I’m also experiencing a bug on solo battles I played a game and it also kicked me out back to the home screen
In mut when I try to play a head to head game it will not connect it says error please help with the issue.it quotes and says error our servers cannot process your request at this time please try again later it's been saying this for 3 days now every time I try to get in a game it cuts to that. Please help me I can't send you a image it says file is to large.

My wife and I have tried everything to resolve the "Our servers can't process your request at this time, Please try again later" when trying to play MUT solo battles. We have:
1. Completely reset our XBOX Series S2. Reset Our Internet
3. Cleaned the Cache
4. Uninstalled and Reinstalled the game
5. Changed our player lineup
6. Deactivated All Superstars
7. Checked to make sure we are logged into the correct account
And yet we cannot play any MUT solo battle at all, this is unacceptable to say the least, I paid for a broken product, and I would really like a refund.

OK this is what you need to do in MUT solo battles, just select to update opponent lineup, and it will allow you to continue on. Its working now...
Haven’t been able to play champions because it keeps saying we are processing your last game check back it should take less than a minute. It’s been two days and same thing is happening. Can play all other modes.
Anyone find a fix for this? It just started happening to me yesterday. I’m unable to play any Ultimate team h2h games. It just says same error message everyone gets.

When I try to connect to Head to Head on madden 24, it just kicks me back to quick play. Why won't it work?
