im having the same issue

mine states it is not enabled how does one enable it?
- @EA_Illium nvm i enabled it in my bios and my problem was fixed, much appreciated
Alas I do not and am at work so this will be something I try when I'm home
where is my bio?

Hi @Bengals1408, Your BIOS is whats used when your PC first starts before you see your operating system (windows). Each BIOS screen can look a bit different depending on your Manufacturer, so I would reference any use manual you have for how to access and navigate it.
To check if you have Secure Boot enabled you can try the following steps:
- Go to Start.
- In the search bar, type msinfo32 and press enter.
- System Information opens. Select System Summary.
- On the right-side of the screen, look at BIOS Mode and Secure Boot State. If Bios Mode shows UEFI, and Secure Boot State shows Off, then Secure Boot is disabled. - 4_2_0__GREENfn2 years agoSeasoned Traveler
what if the issue persists and secure boot shows its enabled
Same issue. I've tried everything. Going to just refund pretty quick.
