Madden 24 Crashing during load up

Thanks for reaching out about this. It sounds like support has tried most of what I can suggest. There is one other thing though. You could try deleting the personal saved data for Madden 24.  To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

• Press the Guide button and then highlight the Madden 24 tile.
• Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
• Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

Thanks! I forgot to list that one as that was done as well. I think it has something to do with my EA account access to  R/W  from the EA cloud storage or my account is corrupt. Is there any way to put a trace on my account activity when accessing Madden 24? I have another account that I have been trouble shooting with and it has no issues at all.

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to trace your account. Is the crash happening as soon as you enter FM? Also, when deleting personal saved data, did you delete from everywhere?

When I join a Franchise league/mode about 3-4 days into the league Madden24 will crash on load up. It crashes after "press any button" after the load bar completes it crashes at the NFL logo. To resolve the load up issue, I drop from the Franchise and the game loads. Yes I have deleted personal data everywhere. Also, I removed my XBOX account by going to settings>account>remove accounts.

Thanks for those details. I know this sounds weird, but do you happen to have a custom gamerpic for your Xbox account? If so, try changing it to a default one. I've just seen some odd behavior with them so it's worth a shot.

Yeah, I can set it to a default pic. However, I think there is something corrupt about the Kray44 EA account. To give more history as to why I think it's my EA account. With the XBOX One, XBOX One X, and now the XBOX X/S starting with Madden 20 -24 during H2H gameplay the game would randomly crash 2-3 times every 8 days or so. I thought the crash was due to custom playbooks but now since joining a franchise the game will not load until I drop from franchise mode and I still experiencing random drops in H2H on M24 maybe 3x since the release.

I agree that the issue is with your account since others work just fine. Do you happen to have a lot of people on your friends/blocked lists? You could try getting this down to less than 100 combined. We can see if that makes a difference.
