Basically the title. Is there a way to fix this that I'm unaware of? The controller works with every game I own, including previous iterations of Madden, so it's definitely a M24 issue.

Had this issue as well. The MOST INFURIATING thing, as my elite 2 controller worked perfectly on every other game launched on the EA App.
- Tried all the fixes recommended on these threads and what did it for me is other peripherals plugged into my PC. M24 is the only game that doesn't like it I've found. I sim race and had my pedal and wheels plugged in (even completely turned off), the buttons on my controller did not work properly. Only certain ones worked (LJS/RB/etc).
The instant I unplugged my wheel and pedals from my mobo, my controller started working perfectly on M24.
really annoying issue to have that took too much effort and time to solve, when none of the other games in the eco system are affected.
Typical EA Sports game on PC. I have to remove all other inputs like Joystick etc. Bug since... ever.
Disabling steam input worked for me. Open steam > Right click Madden 24 > Properties > Controller > Disable Steam Input.
i don’t run the game through steam but this worked for me oddly enough..
If you have madden on steam go to your controler properties for madden and enable steam input.
My controller just recently stopped working. It played fine all day Sunday sept. 24th but went to play some on Oct 1 and it’s just didn’t work. I have no idea what to do and I have almost 100 hrs into it.
