Madden 24 Ultimate Team not working

I pre-ordered this game with the main goal to play Ultimate Team . Since day one the server has not worked at all. If the game is going to be released, you should at least have the game properly functioning. I paid a lot of money for Madden throughout the years. If this can not be fixed soon. This will be the last EA game I will buy. It's a waist of money at this point. Franchise Mode didn't work last year. This year Ultimate Team. What next?
