MUT - Wrong QB in-game / wrong jersey selection

I'm having an issue with MUT QB selection:

Every time I play "Challenges" the game puts the wrong QB on my team. I have the C.J. Stroud card unlocked and equipped as my QB, but the game switches him out for Matthew Strafford when I play challenges. I don't even have a Matthew Strafford card unlocked!!! Makes zero sense.

Stroud is correctly displayed as my QB in H2H and Solo Battles, but it always goes back to Strafford in challenge mode.

Another similar issue I'm having is that my uniform REFUSES to stay on whichever one I select. It always randomly changes to some sort of alternate jersey.

If anyone knows how to fix either of these issues I would very much appreciate your advice.

    @MasterForbesin most of the promo related challenges the game adds players to your team that are available in that promo. for example in sugar rush offense plays the game adds 98 ovr sugar rush matthew stafford (and 98 ovr nico collins). you can sub these players out if you want in the "coaching" menu. the good thing is that those players count towards the promo related objectives(score 15 td's with 2 sugar rush players in you lineup for example).
    same should happens to the jerseys, but these can not changed as far as i know.

    Ahh okay that makes sense! Now I feel silly lol. I just picked up the game a few days ago and so far I've only been doing the Sugar Rush challenges.
