Play next challenge doesn't work

Would it be possible to get more information on this?

• Platform:
• PSN ID/Gamertag:
• Are you getting an error message?
• Which modes does this happen in?
• Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?
• Does this happen to any other account on the device?
• How long are you playing until this happens?
• Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
• What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
• Is anything else happening?
• Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
• If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

I'm on PC. I am not getting an error message. This occurs in Madden Ultimate Team every single time I select Play Next Challenge after completing any of the solo challenges. I have tried it on both internal and external drives, uninstalled and reinstalled and I am on a wired connection. There is a screenshot attached to the initial comment.

When you have a moment can we try the following?

• Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
• EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

I have attempted to verify the files because 3 need to be re-installed. However, when I re-install these files, it causes EA Anticheat to fail and require re-installation. I have reached out to Steam and they have indicated that it is an issue I need to take up with you while also telling me the files may no be important. I will do the other things on the list and let you know if they work.
