I'm getting this same message. Has there been a fix found to this yet? I haven't been able to play a single game yet.

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know what you are experiencing inside Madden NFL 24.
If you are seeing crashing on the PlayStation, try the following steps first.
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
If the issue continues, please let us know the following information:
Would it be possible to get more information on this?
- Platform:
- PSN ID/Gamertag:
- Are you getting an error message?
- Which modes does this happen in?
- Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- How long are you playing until this happens?
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

Done everything multiple times and still happening. Is there a phone number or anyone I can speak to? Been over a week and can’t play a single game of Madden.

How is this game so broken? Crashes. Superstar mode switches to full team control? Slow loading everywhere. Freezing and crashing. Can’t get online or offline to work properly. Spent $110 on this product. How do I go about getting a refund? This is the worst experience I have had with any game in my life!

I'm still getting non stop CE-108255-1 while playing only Madden 24 which has been going on since early access.
- Platform: ps5

- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: All that you and sony have recommended for this error, restore license, rebuild storage, clear cache, i've even factory reset my ps5 twice and the issue persists, only with madden 24

I'm still getting the CE error code nonstop as well. I don't have any issue with other PS5 games besides Jedi Survivor, I ended up returning it because it was unplayable. Seems like an EA issue or console issue.

None of this is working to fix the game. It randomly shuts my entire ps5 down mid game. Sony says no refund since I've downloaded this scam of a game. So how about you EA? Do I get my money back for an unplayable game that is killing my console?

I’ve been patient and literally have jumped through every single hoop you’ve thrown at me to try and get this resolved but still my issue persists
I’ve posted here, I’ve filled out your response form from one of the community managers on this post and contacted you through your customer services chat.
What else needs done by me for you to at least acknowledge this is an issue and you are looking at it?

You guys have the worst servers, game, team, company in the world. How the fu$k can you guys not figure out this fix, Huh? Every other game in the world works but this and there’s still no fu$kin fix!!??? You guys don’t even answer for over a month, the stupid support team is just picking their a$$ doing nothing. Give me my refund or I’m charging back. Stupid error can’t get fixed… the game doesn’t even work. Why is it being sold

It’s oct 26 2024 im tryna play showdown everything else but showdown everytime i click it.. it gives me ps5 error and closes out my game I’ve done all the steps re download all that but still doesn’t work lol pls fix it I’ve been tryna play 3 days now

Hey EA,
It's been a couple months since I wrote you. Hope you had a great holiday and new year! after no response from you and playstation support being adamant this falls back with you all since it's the only game i get the error on i stopped trying for a couple months. Today i logged in assuming you have been hard at work on this issue for a couple months and surely i would be able to enjoy my purchase back in August but in my disbelief, i can't play this game still for longer then 5 minutes.
I would love to connect with someone on this to get this resolved.

I haven’t had a game console since my PS2 died, 15 years ago. So when my wife bought a PS5 for my son for Christmas, I was excited to get back into Madden.
I can’t even get to a football fame.. Mine crashes at the load up screen. I took the game back to Best Buy and told it it was defective, and they gave me a new one. Same thing. Freezes and Crashes. I’ve had the game for 2 weeks, since Christmas. I was able to play 5 or 6 complete games. Now I get nothing….
Ive tried every fix, but I get nothing. What a complete disappointment.This will be my last EA Sports purchase.
