Madden 24 crashes on Xbox series x on play now mode and online . Does anybody have any solutions ?? Microsoft was no help …

@EA_Kent @EA_Pythia Can someone from your team look into this? This issue has not been fixed since the next gen Madden versions were introduced. Maybe it's worth bringing this to Laura's attention on social media.

How are things looking after today's maintenance? Are you still running into the same crashes you were seeing before? 

yea, i’m still experiencing it, if it ends up working again at some point, is there gonna be a make right?

No difference. Still crashing. 2 quarters into my first H2H online game crashed. My third MUT challenge crashed.

@EA_Kent can we stop with the whole one reply a day thing. Me and the fellow players are falling behind all the competition because of this stupid issue

@EA_Kent To keep these conversations more productive and less political. To be clear, this happens when the game runs at 120hz in 4k on my XSX.

I will try to run the game locked at 60HZ in 4k and see if the issue is reproducible.

I'm now downloading the original game for the series x rather than the deluxe edition to see if that works.

This is ridiculous. I thought that this problem might be fixed in madden 24 but I guess I was wrong. It doesn’t really surprise me though knowing there is  duplicate thread about this problem occurring for the whole time madden 23 was out and nothing was done to fix it. Will we be able to get a refund if this isn’t fixed in a timely manner?

Tried downloading the base game instead of the deluxe edition. Didn't work first game on I was dashboarded

Im going to try buying the disk version if that doesn’t work im pawning my series x and buying a new one if that doesnt work im boycotting ea! 

I just bought the disc version , uninstalled the digital one and it STILL CRASHED !!! This is sad , then it takes them a whole day just to respond once . I just don’t understand smh

I called Microsoft they directed me to help.ea.com and told me to let ea know I was having this issue and give them my ea account info. Microsoft said theyre aware of the crashing problem and looking to put out a patch for it. That way they can track who's having the issue to better understand and put out a fix/patch for it. I suggest all of you do the same. You go to the ea help website. Choose madden nfl 24, then click on see help topics, then I need help loading game and talk to a person over chat that way they have your information and can make sure the patch reaches your account when they put it out etc. You'll have a case number to refer too if it keeps happening or happens in the future after the fix.

I contacted EA per @GANGSTASHOTS  suggestion.

I've attempted to run the game at 4k@60hz , 1440@120hz, 1080@60hz using a play now game each time. All of them crashed at different points within the 1 game I started.

Same issues…

Well I thought it was all good. Got to play a full match for the first time in god knows how long. Then my second my match it crashed. So yeah it's still happening. I'm also on Xbox Series X.

Unbelievably Madden has actually gotten worse again...

hey im still crashing had madden 24 for two days now. and start freezing during game play. haven't been able to play. I follow all the steps to figure out what it could be. and my pc is up to date. driver is good. and still wouldn't play. no type of game. just freezes. when im on the field.

Only thing you can do is go to help.ea.com (look it up on Google to make sure you have the right website). Sign in, click on madden nfl 24, click see all help topics, choose I need help loading my game and then click the chat with us option. Give the EA rep your account email so they can make sure the patch reaches you when we get one and to help better track what's going on. The more accounts they have complaining the more they will want to fix it and the easier it would be for them to track the main problem. We're essentially having issues staying connected to one of or a group of EA servers
