Bought Madden 24 on PS4 and it’s says upgrade to PS5 version on front cover of game. I own a PS5 disc console. There are no options in menu that will let you upgrade to PS5 version of game. This is why I bought this game to play PS5 version. If EA doesn’t fix this problem. That could very well be false advertising. Please, Fix it EA. It is so frustrating!

Same thing here. Not sure if it's EA or PlayStation but I also am getting a response from PS store that my pre order bonus code isn't available at this time.
My bonus promo code doesn’t work either? Man, they really dropped the ball on this game. I’m waiting til Tuesday and if it’s not fixed by then. I’m returning it to Amazon on false advertising because it says that we should have a copy of PS5 digital copy with PS4 game purchase.Everyone needs to comment if this is happening to them.

I chatted with someone from EA Help. Someone named Tanshi. They consulted with the “game team” and was told that upgrading is not an option. Despite the fact it is clearly advertised on the game box. I went to Walmart with the chat transcript hoping they would refund it due to false advertisement. But they refused. Tanshi said they cannot refund it due to the purchase occurring at Walmart. So basically nobody can help. I found some executives email addresses online and just sent an email to the three names I found with copies of the chat transcript and pictures of the game box and demanded a response within 24 hours and a full refund. Will update once I get a reply. Will be contacting the BBB about this as well.
Strange thing is I just tried it again and the system started down loading the PS4 version and the update even though they are both already installed. Still no upgrade options.
I’m getting very annoyed with all parties involved here. I am still nowhere near further forward what’s really annoying is exact same digit copy shows dual entitlement from get go! It’s Exaclty same software!!! Punished for buying a disc
