Re: Reason for the Season not tracking wins.

Can’t help answer that because as stated above, I’m not replaying it because I’m not going to waste my time and not get my earned rewards. Still hasn’t tracked my previous 11 wins or given me my 2000 xp for completion, I can tell you that. I still haven’t received my missing 91 from All Madden, my missing 90 ovr Most Feared player, or my Season 1 missing rewards because of this garbage game failing to track things. I used to love Madden and Need for Speed, but based on recent years of EA robbing their customers blind, I will NEVER purchase another EA game. F***ing criminals.

I won 11 games in a row and did not get the xp/credit for it

This just happened to me yesterday as well. Won 11 Games in a row. RftS shows I'm on Game 12, Live Events Objective tracker for "Win 40 games in RftS" is showing that I've won 11 of the 40, but the Win 11 games in a row didn't track. It's still showing 0/1 objective completed.

I’ve won my first 9 games in a row to start off the CPU “Reason for the Season” Event but it’s not registering as me winning them in a row. Trying to complete the challenge for the snowflakes. Username is bigegolilego.

Same problem aswell. Took me along time but I finally won the 11 in a row and it doesnt count. All those hours grinding for no rewards is very disappinting. EA please give me the missing xp. My xbox user is Creepygaming334.

Hello, I’m still getting the issue. It didn’t track for me the first time around and now i tried another game to see if it’s tracking now and it is not. EA ID bigegolilego

I am. I just got it done about an hour ago and never got the XP. 

Just won 11 in a row and still no reward. What is the solution?

I am still having issues with tracking the Reason for the Season objective.  I am playing on Xbox One, Gamertag Eskimo22.

I played through the games and won 10 in a row and lost the 11th.  Then went back through won 11 in a row and no update on the objective.  Played #12 and lost.  Played through again and won 11 in a row, still no update to the objective.  

I also opened a support ticket for the issue, but they told me to come here and upvote the known bug.

I should’ve mentioned I’m on Ps5 and experiencing the same issue. Gamer tag is bagchaser2077

Thank you for the info you've shared so far. We're hoping to determine if there's an issue with what you're seeing in the objectives not matching up with how the games are being tracked on our side. 

I noticed a couple of you shared screenshots showing that you've got 9/10 wins for the second objective in the tracker. Have you had the chance to play any more games since you took the screenshots? Has that objective completed for you since then, or is it still sitting at 9/10?

This is what I'm seeing today on my PS5 for RftS Event. It looks like yesterday/this morning there was some update for a new "Win 10 Games" in the event, but I had completed this on Monday (12/18). Attached are screenshots showing I'm on my 12th game, and that I've one 11 of them (in a Row - that isn't tracked, but I only did play 11 of them) and that I haven't got my reward for it.

I also am having the same issues. Won 11 games in a row (lost the 12th so i don’t know if that matters), but haven’t gotten XP, and the game still says my record for most games won is 9 (in the “win 10 games” milestone)
