If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

Now the new challenges came out on ultimate team and it says can't connect to servers at this time,getting very flustrated
- Chriser_1969 ps4,not getting error messages,does it in both,8/15/2023,tried resetting interner and re downloaded madden 24,

Hi @Chriser1969 When you have a moment can we try the following?
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
- @Chriser1969 last game caused the error to pop up. Just refresh the games by hitting R2/RT.
- @EA_Illium Just worked on doing this and it changed nothing. Still getting the same error; "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."
From what I have experienced with this, it is not a hardware or software issue, but a profile issue once it occurs. I unlinked my account, and relinked it to the EA servers, and the error was gone. Unfortunately, so was everything I had done since the early access had unlocked. Hopefully that will help focus the efforts to get this fixed because right now, I am losing time every day this season continues and I am unable to play solo draft. Still getting same message. I reset and it still did the same thing it says are servers cannot process your request at this time.it worked for several hours yesterday the it came up again
Just a PSA for Solo Battle players. The Solo Battle vs. 13XXSWEETNOTHING creates a server error. When new battles are available, refresh the opponents and you'll be able to proceed. Hopefully the team will be fixed or removed from the rotation next time through.
I have 1 solo battle remaining and after selecting the difficulty I keep getting the our servers cannot process your request at this time error. I completed the steps in another post creating a new lineup and removing all abilities/x factors and removing all the strat items I can. Still get the error which boots me from MUT. I refreshed the list earlier today and completed 3 of the challenges without a problem.
- @BruceLeeRoyGlow This seems to be a re-run of last week all over again. The fix _last_ _week_ was to wait until opponent update time (Sunday morning 9:30am CST) and tell the game to reset your opponents.
Yes, you lose one game, but you should be let back into Solo Battles so you can continue other activities.
This happened on Saturday afternoon last week. The error remained active from about 4:30pm CST Saturday until the opponent reset on Sunday 9:30am CST. When I reset opponents, I was able to start playing Solo Battles, again. Not 100% sure this will fix the problem _this_ week, but losing one game from Saturday is probably better than not being able to play at all. - @BruceLeeRoyGlow BTW: Devs know about this problem but haven't fixed it, that I know of. Check out this link from elsewhere in MUT area.

Be forewarned: I'd strongly advise against trying the "solution" that the poster suggested, ie: making a new lineup. I did this early in the week, LAST WEEK and you end up with a bugged roster and can only have one copy of your lineup, if you copy the lineup or create new (empty) or rename, or any thing... you just have the one lineup and won't be able to make a new lineup, well at least until DEVs fix this problem, assuming they ever will. got this team for a second time still has the same error. 4:39pm central 8/26/23
Kind of sucks since when not being able to play these games we lose out on points for the current week
All 5 of my Solo Battles are having this problem now.
This is the second time I have 13xxSweetnothing as an opponent option in MUT Solo Battles. As it was in the first week when that team was an opponent, trying to do start the matchup after selecting difficulty rating causes the following error, "ERROR: Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."
The problem with that is that no matter how often or later you try it there error still occurs--for THAT opponent. Kindly remove them from the mix so they keep causing the error and start costing players completion of the Solo Dailies.
I am getting the error while trying to play my last solo battle. “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”. When will this be fixed?
I have this player as well as an opponent. When I refresh will I be able to start playing again?
[Edit - Admin.] is the same one that's causing the problem for me.

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? 8/26/23 happened when this team was used in solo battles a few days ago and your team decided to use it again, possibly to test whether it was fixed, but it still doesn't allow people to play it and they have to skip to progress
Is anything else happening? no
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: the only way is to skip the battle and lose the progression timing we all should get easily. All solo battle players should be given an additional win so that stat progresses.

Same! This is the only opponent I have left and it won’t let me start the game due to “server issues” like everyone else.
I did what the other poster said and just did the refresh. You lose out on completing a battle but I'm not stressing it. If they're going to force you to do solo battles to progress the comp pass at least make sure it's working 100%
I've had the same problem since the launch of Madden 24 for the second time, what the bummer?!? Madden Ultimate Team hasn't just been around since yesterday, why does it seem like MUT is in its infancy?!? But an MCS tournament shortly after the release can't quite hide the shortcomings.
My fear that there could be problems at the Ultimate Kickoff tournament will probably not come true, there will certainly be enough people in the background on this day!I get this error every time I try to play this team, [Edit - Admin.], in solo battles.
I have noticed this a few times that I cannot play a Falcons team in solo battles and it just happened again today.
I get the same server error - ERROR: our Servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.
All other solo battles work properly.
It is indeed becoming annoying when that particular opponent pops up every 2-3 days.
I've had that opponenent show on three different days now.
