Summarize your bug Reason for the Season game 6 tried to start and Madden 24 crashed to the dashboard. Now when I try to continue the series, I get "Error Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What do you expect to see? A game to start

Played 5 wins with no issues, then tried to start 6 and the whole game abrupted crashed to the dashboard. After waiting for hours and retrying 10 times, I always get the error and cannot continue. It does say that Game 6 is the one I would be starting.

Same issue here. Game crashed while loading in, just getting error messages whenever I try to go back in and keep playing. Feels like it may not get fixed since it’s an offline game mode where everyone is playing the online version. 

I know it isn’t worth at all, just something mindless I can do while I watch Netflix or something.

Summarize your bug I got lagged out of a reason for the season event game, and now every time I try and load into my next game it just says an error has occurred. If I could keep my progress at 4 wins and you guys can resolve this that would be awesome. I’ve tried restarting and waiting a ton.

cannot start a Reason for the Season game.  XBox Series X  Had four wins in this current run and then had a server disconnect last night. Every time I try to start a game since that I get the “Our servers cannot process your request at this time” and I get kicked out of Ultimate Team. I’ve reloaded the app and done a hard shut down and startup on my XBox. 

In addition, I cannot access my challenges at all! Once I get this error, if I try to access challenges, it advances directly into some "reason for the season" challenge showing 0/1. I have no ability to access any other challenge. I really need dev help on this as the game is so broken than I can't access multiple modes with my game and I am losing out on daily rewards because I'm not allowed to access things.

Summarize your bug I quit out of a 'Reason For The Season' event game and now every time I try to play one of the games to try and advance my progress, it kicks me out of MUT and has an error message that says, "Our servers cannot process your request at this time."
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Either quit or get lagged out of a game from the Reason For The Season Event
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicks me out of mut and puts me back at the main menu
What do you expect to see? Either to fix the bug and reset my progress in the game or give me the Ezekiel Elliot card and the snowflakes collectibles that I should have after winning all those games.
