Dear Barry,
I am really sick and tired: as an EA Play Pro member I spending my hard earned money monthly to play a game I like to play - but like this, my favourite games are unplayable. I know, you are not responsible for this. But please, have a courtesy, and tell us something to work with, or at least assure us, you proceeded our problems to guys at EA, who can do something with this. Without satisfied players there is no EA. And we want to play your games, but we are sick and tired with this treatment. Thank you for your time.

@Ten16Media it seems to me the anti-cheat is causing alot of problems, juts like it did for Fifa 23 on PC during it's launch last year.I bought that one, too, and never even tested. Last night I found out that it has the very same problem, which makes me think EA will NOT patch this one for us. Now I have two games from them, paid full price and will not run. Notice they never mentioned Secure Boot in their minimum specs requirements. If they don't help us out of these things, they stole my money.- @Father_Derle Having the same issue. None of the “fixes” that the EA people put out work for this issue (that I’m aware of).
I agree I did everything secure boot enable reset factory keys as well as messing with any other bios setting I thought may be messing with the anti cheat and nothing worked. EA we payed $70 of hard earned money for this game and can’t even play a single minute… there are 8pages of people saying they have the same issue and a vast majority of people never get on here and express their problems they have. You cannot just release a game that doesn’t work for a vast majority of players. The worst part is this isn’t the first time you’ve had the problem with this secure boot. There is 0 way you were unaware of this problem before release I would consider this fraud. And if you werent aware of this issue happening I would consider it GROSS negligence.
- @jsteed85 And going into bios to change settings just increases the chances that people will get a No Boot error which effectively ruins their PC fix your bugs before releasing a $70 game
I need help. I have done all the allotted steps from EA to resolve my issue of the "Secure boot not enabled" and I still am unable to get past the anti-cheat screen. I've uninstalled the game and re-installed the game on my C: drive. I've tried on the administrator log-in and still nothing. I even did the administrator anti-cheat log-in and re-install. I then followed your steps with the help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ and I get sent to a lobby that sends me to post of people doing what I'm doing instead of a link that I can post my crash dump. I even tried to start a new ticket, but for some reason EA sends me back to the topic page. So I'm putting my crash dump here.

@EA_Barry Any updates on a fix from the EA side? There must be an update or something in the works, I mean everyone in this thread has done all of the recommended fixes and nothing has worked. So surely EA has to be working on a fix
- @Father_Derle Thats what ive been saying since day 2 of this issue. Its sad that its almost been a week and some people who had the early version still havent played.
Yeah I literally have the deluxe version, I have 1 hour and 11 mins on record and all of that time was spent trying to launch the game, still yet to make it past the anti cheat pop up window lol
