Hi everyone, Are you getting a "servers cannot process your request" error when you're trying to play or complete a Challenge? Please share the information requested below! Which platform are you playing on? Are you playing the Gen 4 (PS4/Xbox One) or Gen 5 (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC) version of the game? What is the name of the Challenge where you're seeing the error? When does the error pop up? Are you getting it as soon as you try to select the Challenge? Does it come up in the middle or at the end of the game? When did you start seeing this error? Do you remember making any changes to your lineup before it started happening? Can you think of any other info that might be helpful? If you can share as much of the above information as possible, that will be helpful for us to look into what might be causing this error. Thanks!

@lord_m8trix it could help to create a fresh new lineup or take the challenge related player out of the lineup.

The game will not let me play famous Jamie’s, a.k.a. challenges. Every time I try to load up the challenge it just sends me to the main menu and tells me our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later, but I’ve been trying to play this challenge since the a.k.a. challenges came out. These are the only three challenges that I have left to play in the entire ultimate team challenge list and it is preventing me from getting two a.k.a. tokens. I have gone on other accounts and played madden 24 ultimate team and it lets me play the famous Jamie’s a.k.a. challenges, but not on my main account where I actually play the game I want this fixed now, so I can play the challenges and get the rewards that I am promised to get.

Summarize your bug The JJettas challenge under the AKA series never works (two weeks now) and always leads to an error message. All other challenges work fine.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select the JJETTAS challenge.
What happens when the bug occurs? Error message.
What do you expect to see? The fixing of the problem.

My error is in Madden 24 PC version. The error is only in the first challenge, in AKA the error, "Not Connecting to Server", comes up when trying to load the actual challenge, not when you are picking and / or selecting the challenge itself.

I am unable to play the solo event every time I try o get that message it was working and then I got d/c in the middle of one of the games and haven’t been able to play since

Challenge: Reason for the season
Server error when I try to start a new game.
Error came up yesterday after getting disconnected in the middle of the game.
No changes were made to the lineup.
I am able to access all other content still normally, just Reason for the season is unavailable and solo challenges bug out if I try to access them immediately after getting the error

My game froze when I went to look at a instant replay on reason for the season. So I left game open refreshed my home and went back In my progress is still there but it states "our servers can't process your request at this time." Then boots me to the main menu.

What is the name of the Challenge where you're seeing the error? - Legends Week 1.

When does the error pop up? Are you getting it as soon as you try to select the Challenge? Does it come up in the middle or at the end of the game? - Immediately after pressing select on the challenge.

When did you start seeing this error? - 31/12/2023, this was the first time I’d tried to select it though, so unsure if it had been present prior.

Do you remember making any changes to your lineup before it started happening? - I had just finished the AKA challenges and the objectives connected to that archived event. Generated my best line-up and made some additional adjustments before going back into challenges. Unsure if connected.

Can you think of any other info that might be helpful? - Only this challenge affected for me personally. All other Legends challenges seem to work fine and allow me to select them.

I only get that message when trying to start his challenges, the Revis challenges I was able to start and complete no problem.
