Superstar Player Career Wont Load

So went to make a new Superstar Qb the career wont load goes in an endless loop of kicking me back to the select screen. I tried Redownloading the game, Fixing the files, I seen to turn off player controlled art so i deleted and started new with it off and it still doesn't work. I'm on Pc thru the EA play app. Any help would be appreciated!
