Companion app won't show gamertag after email change
Changed my EA email and the companion app won't show my current gamertag that's setup with EA account and Xbox?? it's only showing my old gamertags associated with the new email that aren't in use anymore.
The correct persona is never given to me as an option. I only get the personas that WERE associated with this Email. Even MUT.gg binder sync works correctly and prompts for my correct Xbox Series X persona that should be tied to my new EA email when I login into EA.

It's not recommended to have more than 1 of a specific platform connected to your EA account.
I would recommend reaching out to our support to have a look and assist with removing the older account
- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select Madden NFL 25
- Select the "See all help topics"
- Select the option I want to update my EA Account information
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
