I'm having the same kind of issue at this moment. Said I need to sign in with the account I purchased the bundle with. Well No chit Xbox. It's the only account I have. I deleted it all and now reinstalling hopefully it fixes It if no time to get the pissed off on. Nope didn't work again
I try to start the game and I get an alert that Im not the one that downloaded the trial but I own the game.
- @EA_Illium I cannot play my game at all. Says to sign in with account that played the trial. I've never had the trial. This is absolute garbage!!!
Okay but now that the weekend is over it’s telling me that I must be signed into the account that downloaded the game? Same as everyone before have been playing the game for weeks. Now I can’t even sign in? Sounds about right.
I’m getting the ea play trial message on my screen but I purchased the full bundle with ncaa and madden but now since I don’t have hours left in the trial it’s telling me to sign in to the account I bought the game on even though I am signed in on that account.

This trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into that account and restart the game to continue your progress.
- Problem is, I can't get pass this screen to sign in. Signed in on my phone to send this message but that didn't help. I bought the ncaa/madden 25 bundle and now I can't play.
I am playing on xbox gamertag is Hi Lm Dalton, I have the MVP bundle and I own the game. I have to sign in and out after every online game I play to get back in because the EA play trial message pops up and won't go off. It says this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it and to please sign back into my account and restart the game to continue my progress. I have done this several times and it hasn't helped. I owned and played the game since early access.

Hey everyone,
We're currently looking into the issue that's preventing some Madden NFL 25 owners from playing the game right now. We will follow up here and let you know when we have any updates to share.
In the meantime, please give the following steps a try to see if it helps:
- Launch Madden NFL 25
- Reach the Main Menu and get the Trial error message
- Hit the Xbox button on your controller
- Go to Profile & System
- Select Log Out
- Log back in with the same account once you reach the Account Login screen
- Return to Madden NFL 25. You should see the game reconnect to the servers
- You should no longer see the Trial error

i have restarted my game and xbox and uninstalled and reinstalled madden and it still didn't fix itXbox series S
