I need help, my game crashes on PC as soon as a play is picked. I am able to load the game, load any mode, but as soon as a play is picked, instant crash. I have fully updated drivers, madden 24 works fine. I attempted to clear EA App cache and tried VSync on, fullscreen/windowed. Nothing is fixing it. Please help.
I had the same issue and putting the game in window mode worked.
Sadly i did all this and turned my 2nd monitor off and it was still crashing

also for more context this is the only game that does this. I still have madden 24 and it works just fine and I play other games like 2k halo siege and this is the only game that has any problems

Can you try uninstalling ROG Armoury Crate, check for Windows Updates, and then re-install Madden & EA App? You had some errors for those and we've seen Armoury crate create an issue in the past.
Some programs running in the background can conflict with our games. If you perform a clean boot and then immediately launch the game as administrator that can help narrow down a potential cause of the crash.

Can you check for Windows Updates on your PC? If an update is complete and it restarts your PC, go back again and see if there is another update. For some updates they are separate and you may need multiple PC restarts. I see some Xbox overlay and Microsoft errors. There's also a Steam error, may be worth reinstalling that client too.

This error was present on your PC which seems to be related to ROG Armoury as well. Can you try uninstalling that and see if the game plays normally before reinstalling it?
Aac3572MbHal_x86.exeYeah sadly its still doing the same thing after updating my pc restarting it says everything is fine. I reinstalled all possible steam Xbox and Microsoft apps and im in windowed mode and it still crashes on the first play.
what do you think causes it to do this for madden 25 and not 24 because i can play 24 just fine but 25 I cant even get a snap off and have wasted 3 hours of the 10 hour pass trying to get one snap in
