Disconnecting in UT Matches

Hello EA, I’m having trouble connecting to servers in ultimate team for some reason. Specifically all other game modes are working fine including functionality of ultimate team to purchase store packs and visit Auction hub change lineup, etc. anytime I try to play a game even against the CPU, it says failure to connect to servers. I’ve tried all standard Ways to fix uninstalled reinstalled the game reset my Xbox. This has been a very annoying inconvenience especially with the Easter event I feel like I have wasted money on this. Can you please email me at [edit: email address removed] to help me resolve this?
