• Does this only happen in one game mode? any time trying to send h2h game play with friends

It started probably about 2 weeks ago. When the game came out i was able to send invitations to friends. Now I can only accept them. No changes to my account were made - I've only played the game online .

Same platform - PS5. This is extremely frustrating, we pay for the game and the ability to play online and its not working and there is no urgency to fix the issue. I'm about to give up on Madden 

Is there anyone that can tell me why after I paid for this service it still not working - and there is no customer support ? thank for nothing!
