I cannot access sets in Madden 25. The only thing I can see is the CJ Stroud set, showing redeemed. No other sets content is available. I purchased the deluxe edition and have not been able to use sets since early launch, which means I cannot access the upgraded cards from sets. Very frustrating.
I provided a photo in the initial post. I have tried all filter options and nothing helps - I only see the CJ stroud card, with the message redeemed, when I go to sets. I cannot access any other content. Searching online I found many others with this complaint.

I just started my Xbox one and checked sets. It gave me an informational message about sets annd now all sets content seems to be available. I have not yet tried to complete a set.
