Unable To Connect To Madden Ultimate Team Servers

Hey there,

I hear your frustration, and I totally get how aggravating it is to run into connection issues—especially after trying everything to fix it. We did have maintenance and an outage recently, so that could’ve been part of the issue. I get if its more than just earlier though.

If you're still experiencing server errors, I’d be happy to help troubleshoot and see if we can get you back in the game. Let me know what platform you’re on and any error codes you’re seeing, and we’ll go from there. I appreciate your patience! We all know turning it off and on doesn't always work, but if there are specific errors you can take an image of, I can have a look and see if there are more players having the same issue.
