I'm sure this will also be deleted, but my calling all community managers topic is gone. Any answers to why? My questions in that thread are valid and we as a community need answers not censorship!

@cujun Thanks for those details. It's possible the reward is delayed. If it doesn't show up after 24 hours, please open a case with an advisor so they can investigate this further.

@EA_AljoThank for the response. I only see the stats for how many post, not the post themselves. Really that's not important, what is important to me and others is getting answers about the CUT level 20 item we're not getting in MUT 25. Hope you're able to answer and help.

Below is the post I made for your viewing.

Please read this thread and respond to my and others post about the MUT25 XP set token from making level 20 in CUT. There are other threads about this issue.

Ignoring this issue from people won't make it go away. My opinion is to follow your company's practices at the end of MUT24 and just give everyone that earned the level 20 CUT reward the MUT Tip. It'll give some people two but you're only able to use one. It'll be binder trash for the ones that got it originally but that's what was done in MUT 24 for one of the last promos welcome packs.

Again people shouldn't because of no fault of their own be at a competitive disadvantage because your company won't fix the issue. While I understand this is only the second day of MUT25 but the silence about this is the main issue. Let people know that it's a known issue and we're working for a fix. Silence is deadly in customer service.

When we follow the suggested prompts to open a case it brings us to Madden 24 topics that have nothing to do with the missing Season 1 XP we earned in CUT. Please advise.

which item is that? We’ve posted 300x a day since release. If you guys really haven’t realized this, it is a big disappointment to us. We need to get our ultimate alumni players and our season 1 xp tokens from college football ultimate team

Please let us know if/when our rewards will be here. At least acknowledge that there’s an issue and you guys are working on it. Been so hard to communicate w anyone at EA and you’re leaving your customers in the dust. This is insane

@EA_Aljo Its now five days after this message was discussed and no action is seen by myself and other MUT players. Are there any updates coming to answer the questions about the UA card and Season One XP item issues? Silence is deadly in customer service!
