I don't have any other suggestions at the moment. Please let me know if another PSN ID on the same console is able to access MUT.

My daughter will give me that later.

I will also try taking the console to a friends or logging in on another console and see what happens.

If nothing, what are my options?

If her account can access MUT, this would be account related. In that case, it would be best to open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here.

You're welcome. If you get a chance though, try the alternate DNS settings. It's very easy to change back to what you were using before.

I did change the DNS to the ones in the link and also the Google one (I use Google Fiber so I was hoping). Neither changed anything.

I will try getting phone to connect as hot spot (strange as I use it for my pc when out of office).

And try with another PSN ID (even if I have to make a new one)

Thanks for trying. At this point, it would be best to contact an advisor. Unfortunately, I'm out of ideas other than this being an account issue. They may have some other suggestions. You could also try contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. It's a longshot, but you could check to make sure your router's firmware is up to date as well.

I’m going to make a new PSN account later tonight and see.

Checked router and even restarted it.

If on my end, I would think I would have the same issues in CFB 25 and FC24 Ultimate Teams? But not the case as I’m playing both.

Not necessarily. I've seen this same thing happen on FC in the past. In most cases, it was an ISP issue. If you can connect through a mobile hotspot, that's what it is since you're able to connect fine on a totally different network. FC and CFB don't share the same servers. Your connection is routed differently for both. It's possible something is blocking the connection to CUT. If the other account connects fine, then it's an account issue.

OK, so I changed DNS and nothing happened.

I started a new PSN profile and new Madden profile and nothing happened.

When I went to help about connection issues, it took me to a connection test that had to do with FC24. Can you lead me in my next steps?
