I opened a chat off of my support case I had opened. This was their initial response:

I appreciate your and other players' enthusiasm towards this game. It gives me no pleasure in advising you guys that we advisors are not able to fix this yet.
So here we are still waiting. The EA Community managers tell us to go to support and support is unable to help. Certainly someone that cares from EA would agree and see how this could be a frustrating experience? The person I talked with on chat did indicate that support gets updates every so often and that they were advised that the fix is still in progress - so it's a known issue and they had no ETA and there is nothing support can do to help.

- Are you getting an error message? No, Im not receiving an error message I don't have the content when I load into Madden 25. I am level 46 in CUT.
- Does this only happen in one game mode? I currently play MUT only
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:
1. I went back into CUT mode in NCAA 25 to ensure I've completed all objectives and completed the most recent UA tasks.
2. I opened NCAA 25 connected and switched over to Madden 25 to see if it was a sync issue

1. Shows no items able to be added in MADDEN 25
2. Shows all Items received and completed in NCAA 25 CUT mode and currently on level 46 (plus I preorder)
