Coaching Carousel not avaible when doing a fantasy draft in franchise

Whenever you do a fantasty draft in franchise with a created coach, after the draft is complete, there is no coaching carousel option to hire/fire your coordinators. If you do a normal franchise with the real rosters, the coaching carousel is avaible and you are able to hire/fire coordinators.
