On ps5. Got the Deluxe Edition and was able to get in for early access. However, NONE of the promised Deluxe Edition content has been received.
No madden points. Etc.
Have tried "restoring licenses", reinstalling game, etc.
Any ideas?

Went ahead and got a refund there was no sign I was going to get my rewards, pointless, non efficient help from ea.... Hope it works out for you.
Still haven’t gotten mine either!
Still haven't gotten a response from EA and still haven't received the 4600 pnts etc. Getting close to doing the BBB thing. At this point, I don't even care if they just give me my extra money spent (on the deluxe edition) back and leave me with the standard. At least I wouldn't feel like I was ripped off.
