It’s been 5 days man and the won’t even acknowledge there’s an issue
I spoke to tech and they claim it isn’t an issue and rosters are downloading and we can make rosters changes

CowboyRevolution wait a second. You actually spoke to someone, an actual human being, and they in response said there is not an issue? I’m assuming you pointed out the hundreds of people here who said they are experiencing the same thing as well?
I cant even wrap my head around that because that verified that this stupid piece of **bleep** forum is what I’ve said it was for years now in that it’s so that they can insulate how awful of experiences customers have from top to bottom people dealing with EA because of their neglect in products they sell as complete but are riddled with issues.
yes I spoke to someone on the phone and they said they tested and there isn’t an issue on there end. I then proceeded to point them to this forum and I showed them screen shots
