since yesterday I have not been able to begin to even select a team to start playing online h2h game it takes me back to main menu and displays error message “our servers cannot process your request at this time please try again later…… Other than that all other game modes work online and offline for me…. It sucks because I only really play the mode that isn’t working please help
I think there's issues on the EA side. I can't even get Madden to load. I'm on PC and I usually launch from the Steam app. But that nor the EA Launcher even work. I get a message saying it's on the EA Side and to try again later.

everyone is still down here. only workaround was to make a new account. Then EA staff swiftly advised not to do that. More swiftly than they've provided us with ANY update lmao just ridiculous lol almost a week cant use something i paid for with no update no timeline no info. absurd

Yup same exact thing happened to me last Friday it still is stuck and won’t connect for head to head mode only, no one from EA SPORTS will help, I had to purchase a new copy of the game and new internet ona. New account just to play the game which is insane. THIS IS NOT FAIR AND WE SHOULD HE COMPENSATED FOR THIS POOR GAME PLAY FLAW
So what your telling me is you had to make a new account but the game again, and buy the ps plus again?
