I have been effected by this since OCTOBER, just recently I started getting error code 263 and since then I have been regularly reaching out to EA. I have chat logs and case numbers if needed. I am beyond mad at this point. I have been trying to get any sort of refund from both EA and PlayStation and nobody can do anything. Never buying madden again if this is the standard for when EA BREAKS THEIR OWN GAME
