Stuck in endless loop of validating and preparing game

I have been unable to launch the game ever since I bought a copy on steam, i was able to play normally using the ea play pro subscription but ever since i bought a copy on steam i cannot launch the game, i have seen several others with the same issue and ive reached out to EA support who didnt really do anything to help, does anyone have any solutions that I could try? (I was able to get the anti cheat to run but the EA app says that the game is not installed)
