User Pass Defense Not Working As Intended

I feel like the title is self explanatory. It's so broken it's almost not worth playing. DB's do not react as they should, and do not attack the ball the way they should. They are nearly oblivious to QB scrambles, and their reaction to them is unacceptably bad even after clicking the stick in to attack the runner as there seems to be delay. They abandon their coverage assignments randomly to rush the passer....literally if it weren't for run defense, the defense itself would be useless. This needs patching like now please.

I’ve tried playing from pro to all Madden and it’s the same at every level. The QB scrambles are crazy. Aaron Rodger’s scrambled for 60 against me and had a 30 yarder. The defenders just stand there until he’s like 15 yards upfield already.
the pass D is similar where the defenders just stand there. Like zero reaction to routes in their area. In man coverage sometimes a defender will just get stuck in place like they are glued to the ground. The gameplay is what needs to be focused on. It’s the need. The little details in the stadiums and uniforms are wants not needs. The bones of the game is the rosters and gameplay. Those should be the priority every year and if those are dialed in then spend a little time working on building out the details.
