Upon unlocking additional focus players in weekly strategy they don’t unlock. Purchase all three with staff points but still have the base level three. Issue is in every franchise I’ve played with different coaches and teams.
So they never beta tested or even played their own game in franchise. Something so simple among the 100 other problems they missed. Shame on EA again. This stuff is too easy to discover and too simple to miss.
I’m having the same issue I purchased the extra focus players with my 200 bonus XP and every week I continue to have only the three default focus players. EA Can you please fix this ASAP is killing my franchise on developing players.
You have to select the skill to have the 3 extra unlocks just like you would any other skill you want. Such as lvl 2 scouts or extra training camp xp. This skill actually does work but it resets a few times a season for no reason and thats dumb
I found that when you equip the skill, it goes into effect the following week. The skill locks itself into your loadout for 5 weeks I believe, at which point you will have to re-equip it if you want to continue with the extra focus players.
Please is there a fix for this??? I have worked hard and earned and unlocked all the tiers but still just 3 players!!
Are you selecting them to be part of your active load out? When you click on Weekly Strategy, it takes you to a screen that shows you your coaches abilities (Max of 6), your play sheets (Max of 4), and your trainer (Max of 2). You have to click on your coaches abilities in that screen the top six square,click on any of them, remove one of your active abilities, then find After School Tutor, click it and it should be added to to list of abilities to be activated. However, please be aware, that once added to your list, you will not get the plus 3 to your focus players at that time, you will only have 3 focus players for that week. Once you finish your 3 focus players,, and simulate training it will lock in your abilities. That is when the abilities take effect. Also be aware, that the way they work, you will have a 3 focus players only every 5 weeks when the ability wears off.
