Can not disable home field advantage!

I run franchise mode with many users online. Home field advantage needs to be disabled but I can no longer find the setting and it is showing up in my franchises! We need to be able to disable this feature. I run franchise and we want as little as possible computer generated issues. We just want to play the game without squiggly lines and dumb fake advantages. It’s just one players scheme and game play vs another’s. 

please bring the ability to disable this horrible feature back! It is horribly frustrating.
