Defensive zone

Everytime I come out in man and audible to zone my corners zones switch from the right side of the field to the other side and it leaves the wide receivers wide open and I can’t run my defensive scheme also my players always glitch out in man coverage and have their back turned letting wideouts catch the ball no matter what in critical downs this should be a easy fix and can we bring back spreading the coverage in adjustments it used to be up on the directional pad but now it’s gone this is all in online franchise btw
