Madden 26 you are already the commissioner of 20 leagues

Every time I try to start a league it says this error that I already am the commissioner of 20 leagues, even though I am not a part of any Does anyone know how to fix this? It won’t even let me play superstar now because I tried to make a character and it says the same message.
