Franchise players invest hundreds of hours into long-term saves, and additions like these would strengthen player attachment to teams, players, and seasons.
From a business standpoint, deeper immersion encourages longer engagement, more repeat play, and stronger word-of-mouth within the community. I know many players, myself included, who would be far more invested in Franchise with these additions, and that kind of engagement naturally leads to a more successful and revenue-efficient product over time.
