QB not responding to user inputs

It’s nothing you can do I watch YouTube channels and they say go to league settings and put it on full control I went and look they don’t even have that option it’s not even there …… so best bet is not to play it cause you will loose games cause the qb not responding and he reads slow and he gonna continue getting sack ……
Anyone figure it out yet?
