Why can't I use custom Teambuilder teams in Offline mode?

This is why I wait 8 months to buy this game. I will never spend more than 15 dollars for it.  They want people to spend 65 to 80$ on their game but then act unappreciated because they're not dropping another 70$ to play online season. Lazy greedy and selfish
