Cannot load past the sharing info screen

Hey guys, I tried downloading and playing both madden 26 and 25, and both games I am having the same issue.  Upon initial startup there is a screen that says sharing options at the top.  Bottom of the screen there are three options Share social feed, share your account info, and continue.  I do not wish to share anything, but whether I try to check those boxes or not it will not do anything.  I have reset my pc 5 times, tried waiting, cleared app cache etc.  nothing works.  

I am running a ryzen 7, 7700x with a 4070ti super card.  SSD hard drive and 32gb ram.  So my system is more than enough to run it.  

Anyone have any suggestions on this?  I was really looking forward to playing with my son, and we are both sitting here stuck staring at a frustrating screen instead.
