The gameplay is horrible, and the physics are crap. Please let me show a dev what it's like to catch a ball thrown in traffic. You should never hit a receiver as they're making a catch, and they fall forward for a four-yard gain. Hospital passes are rewarded in this garbage. And the NFL markets this crap. Please don't buy this game; it's never worth its price tag. If people didn't spend their monthly wages on garbage packs, EA would actually have to work hard.
Also what it seems like is that the Cpu your up against is buffed to all madden team and your player team is nerfed. that why i have throws to Chase getting dropped or constant pass breakups vs 2nd string CB even with the buffs from the weekly strats
i dont know some people are saying the run game is to easy or whatever and i play on pro but now ive noticed in my franchise games on D when i user my own custom corner before the patch i was able to end the season with picks in the 20 range and very rare would i get beat on a press, now everyone and their mother is beating the press or somehow bypassing it just going through me and even the slowest guys are out running my 99 speed /acc corner and guys breaking tackles left and right and undersize wr eating hitsticks and just trucking along
seems like with every update the game gets worse, i was enjoying this before last update, now it’s like playing x vs o no ratings matter. robo qb and receivers that never drop passes. they need to fix this. if this isn’t fixed with next update, next year will be the first madden i didn’t get. i’ve gotten every madden since sega genesis first madden.
