Posting Again || Tournament Glitch || No Rewards

Hi, I’m posting again because my issue still hasn’t been fixed.

Last night I entered a Madden 26 tournament around 9 PM. I played all the rounds and made it to the finals. When my opponent joined, we both got stuck on the loading/matchup screen. He quit, but I somehow got placed in 2nd place instead of winning.

Because of this glitch, I didn’t receive any of the rewards, even though I played fairly and earned my spot in the finals.

This feels really unfair, and I’m just trying to get the rewards I should have received or have the tournament results corrected.

If any EA staff can check my match history or account for the event, I’d appreciate it.
