DirectX DX_Hung Error
Constantly crashing on directX as soon as I start a franchise game
Latest driver is installed.

Community ManagerFind_the_Door Yeah, it would be nice. We talked about this Friday, I believe, for a bit. There are folks looking into it, but if the game file is having an issue with Nvidia files, that takes a whole different path to an update. I will ping some folks and see what's happening, but this will be one of those wait-and-see issues unless we find a workaround to get players back in.
With all respect "wait and see"? Dude I paid my money for a game and it doesn't operate. And I've lost so much progress. It's not cool to be so dismissive

slapstick22 No one is being dismissive of the issue. IF this is an issue with drivers and the game drivers, that is an issue that has to be fixed on the studio side and the Nvidia side. We, over the forums, cannot resolve that one if it is a driver or file issue. Both parties know it is an issue and are looking into it, so for now, we have to wait for an update.
